Meet | Victoria Griest Photography

Hello & welcome! I'm Victoria, I'm so glad you're here! I'm passionate about capturing the special moments in life! From romantic weddings, to babies' first moments, I love creating beautiful memories for my clients. I am a proud mom of two and have been happily married to my husband Trevor for over 7 years.

When I'm not behind the lens, I enjoy dancing, sipping hazelnut coffee, exploring new places, riding motorcycles, indulging in delicious foods and spending time with my two children.

When I first started out in photography, I focused mainly on fine art maternity and newborn portraiture. As I got more experience in the field, I realized that I didn't have to limit myself to just one genre of photography. I have found that I have a great passion for photographing a wide variety of subjects, which keeps things exciting.

After meeting my husband, Trevor, we traveled throughout the east coast before settling in Massillon, Ohio in 2019. He's originally from Massillon, and I'm inspired by the strong sense of community and pride that the local residents have for their hometown. Trevor is my rock and my biggest supporter. He's an invaluable asset to VGP, acting as my right-hand man and frequent second shooter. Trevor's been shooting weddings with me since 2021. I am so grateful to have him by my side as I pursue my dreams.

I have had the opportunity to live in various locations across the east coast, and living by the beach is by far my favorite! Except during hurricane season of course. I enjoy the warm, sunny weather and spending time outdoors.

I may not be very good at it, but I love to dance! As a kid I used to dance and practice gymnastics in my basement. I'm sure it's something everyone thought I'd grow out of, but I haven't, haha! Every morning before the kids get up and every evening after they go to bed, you can find me obnoxiously dancing around the house.
